Zora Paiva, combining her passion for cooking and her ceramics skills, develops timeless and exclusive utilitarian pieces.
Zora grew up in a historic city in Minas Gerais that profoundly influenced her. The beautiful churches and waterfalls were part of their daily lives. Her father was a great supporter of the arts.
In the early 80s, Zora went to Japan and discovered ceramics. She studied at the San Francisco Art College and refined his look at the jewelry academy where she studied and worked. In the 90s she worked at several ceramic ateliers in BH. She studied glassmaking in São Paulo.
At the end of the 80s she was in charge of 2 restaurants on Pipa beach, combining her 2 great passions, gastronomy and ceramics.
Today her studio is located in Belo Horizonte.
